Forest Highlands Homes for Sale, Flagstaff, AZ

Forest Highlands is a private, gated golf community in the pines just south of Flagstaff, off Highway 89A. It is one of the best-known luxury communities in Northern Arizona, popular with full-time residents and Phoenix-area second-home owners. Every Forest Highlands home and homesite for sale is below, updated automatically from the MLS.

Questions buyers ask me about Forest Highlands:

• Does buying a home include a club membership? Not automatically. Golf club membership is separate from owning a home and has its own process and costs, so I confirm the current terms for any property you consider.

• What are the HOA rules? As a gated community, Forest Highlands has CC&Rs that cover architecture, landscaping, and rentals. I pull the HOA documents before you write an offer.

• Can I rent it out? Rental rules come from the HOA first, then Coconino County permit and Arizona TPT license requirements. Do not assume a home here can be a short-term rental.

I have personally bought 50+ houses and help buyers across Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. Click Save Search to get new Forest Highlands listings first, or call/text Michael Vallee at 480-848-5780 | Real Broker, LLC
